Break the Cycle of Pain

Have you ever felt like you're stuck in the same pain — again and again?
Tension in your neck and shoulders, back pain, fatigue, or just the sense that something feels “off” in your body — no matter how many massages, stretches, or adjustments you try?

As a bodywork therapist, I’ve explored many healing approaches over the years. While hands-on work can bring real relief, I began to notice a pattern: the same issues often returned — for my clients, and for me.

That’s what led me to the Alexander Technique.
It offered something deeper than temporary fixes — it showed me that how I move, think, and respond throughout the day is constantly shaping how I feel.

Rather than treating pain after it appears, the Alexander Technique helps you change the habits that cause pain in the first place — by bringing mindful awareness to how you use your body.

It transformed the way I walk, sit, breathe — even how I handle stress.
And over time, it transformed the way I feel in my body: more balanced, more at ease, more free.

If you're ready to stop managing symptoms and start building a new relationship with your body, I’d be honored to share this work with you.

What Happens in an Alexander Technique Lesson?

In an Alexander Technique lesson, a certified teacher guides you through simple activities such as sitting, standing, walking, or lying down. Using gentle verbal instructions and light touch, the teacher helps you become aware of habitual tension patterns and teaches you how to release them. Lessons focus on improving the way you move and hold yourself in everyday life.
